Join us for our Net-Workshop!
This is a great opportunity to connect with other ICF San Diego members, build your coaching network and dive deeper into the core coaching competencies.
During each Net-Workshop, a member of the ICF Board will lead a short lesson focused on one of the Core Competencies. Then, in break out rooms, you will have an opportunity to meet other San Diego coaches, discuss the competency and share collective wisdom on how you can apply these learnings to best support your clients.
In this Net-Workshop we will be discussing Core Competency #8: Facilitates Client Growth. Partners with the client to transform learning and insight into action. Promotes client autonomy in the coaching process.
We look forward to collaborating and growing with you and expanding on best practices.
*All participants will receive 1.5 Core Competency CCE units

Donald E. Coleman is a visionary leader, Biblical-centered coach, and President of The Center for Biblical Coaching and Leadership (TCBCL). As an ordained minister and International Coaching Federation certified coach, he is passionate about bridging faith, leadership, and personal transformation. Through the TCBCL, Donald is building a global community committed to spiritual wholeness, biblical coaching, and elevating humanity. His mission is to see individuals and organizations flourish in Christ, lead with confidence, and transform their communities.
